Giving of Time
- `
- Administrative – Help out with large mailings and other tasks
- Budget Counselors – Either one on one or in group workshops (training provided)
- Child Care – While parents are at meetings or in workshops
- Client Intake – For Emergency Services program (training provided)
- Design – Publications and other visual media, including online video
- Event Planning – Help out with fund raisers throughout the year
- Front Desk Reception – Three hour shifts (training provided)
- Maintenance / Repair – Light duties, such as painting, are available
- Mentoring – Lend your time and experience to a client family (training provided)
- Spanish Speakers – help provide translation for clients
- Technical Assistance – Legal, Asset or Property Management, other consulting
- Other – Let us know what you have in mind and we can discuss working together!
- Writers – For newsletters and grant proposals
Giving of Goods
- Computer packages for tenant families
- Vehicles – donate a car or truck to Good Shepherd Housing and we will find a suitable client recipient. Contact Tom Barnett at (703) 768-9404 x. 11 or tbarnett@goodhousing.org if interested.
